Wig Policy (Shipping Process)

Shipping Policy:

  • Processing time is 2-3 business days.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled for Custom Unit
  • Please allow 1-3 business days AFTER processing time for Ready-to-Ship Units and also Hair Products.

**Business days DO NOT include weekends**

Payment Processing Policy:

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified during the processing time. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days, your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has been completed.

  • (United States ONLY) 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail.
  • All Packages come with a tracking number.
  • If you will not be at the shipping address on the expected delivery date/time, you can request for your package to be held at your local USPS through this link https://www.usps.com/

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the turnaround time stated above, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information provided.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Touched By JayW, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

 This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS (you must verify).

**Please Note, Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.**

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.

Touched By JayW, does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. We will not replace lost/stolen packages.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy:

 Due to the nature of this product, refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued.

Question: “What is the nature of this product?”

Answer: Hair extensions.

(Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the purchaser.)

For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Orders cannot be changed and/or altered once your payment has been completed.

Order Cancellations:

* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date and time stamped.

 

Return Policy:

 Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s).

Meaning, Touched By JayW has sent you a different item(s) from what is on your order purchased.

EACH wrong item(s) being returned, MUST ALL have the original tag(s) still attached, Lace has NOT been cut, unworn, unused and untampered with, in order for wrong item(s) returns to be accepted.

Currently, we do not offer appointments to have your Wig Unit installed and/or to cut the lace off of your Closure Wig Unit at the moment. However, we do provide a tutorial that gives a step by step guide on “How to cut the lace” available to assist on how to do so.

 For any Custom Colored Unit when being replicated, the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and colors differently, but I will try to get it close to the same.
